SHIPPING POLICY

There is a difference between your order processing time and the shipping time you see at checkout.

Once we receive your order confirmation email, we process it within two to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Due to the small size of this business, mistakes may occur. If you encounter any problems, please let us know!

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You can return unused items within a week of delivery for a refund, minus the return shipping costs if the item is in its original condition.

Please email us at bootsforbears@gmail.com as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged in any way, along with a photo of the item. Each case is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
